OUR COMPANY AND HISTORY

Morrows Logistics began in 1983 as Morrows Freightlines with just two clients and one truck. Our family-owned business has continued to expand successfully over the years, with a growing client base and in 2020, a fleet of 21 company-owned vehicles with more on the way.

1983

From the beginning, with our very first client, Morrows has specialised in dangerous goods chemical transport. Today, we still transport chemicals and other freight throughout south eastern Australia. We even offer a “pump-out” service for customers where we decant chemicals into on-site tanks.

Alongside our expertise in dangerous goods transport and hazardous goods transport, we have developed a strong client base that often need oversize freight services, such as large cable drums and light poles, delivered to some of the most remote areas in regional Victoria.

2002

Over the years, Morrows has not been afraid to build the fleet required to ‘do the job’ and not only meet, but exceed client expectations. In 2002, we configured this unusual, but efficient, twin-steer, half tautliner, half tray truck, which has since added greater flexibility in our freight management services.

In the early 2000s, Morrows moved into a new depot, which allowed us to expand our client base and increase efficiency. This depot provided us with additional space to enhance our transport offering, storage facilities and pallet warehousing space for a few hundred pallets and secure parking for our growing fleet of vehicles.

2018

In 2018 we moved to our current Head Office in Keysborough, a move that provided more capacity for an increasing number of freight movements, as well as increased pallet warehousing storage for around 3000 pallets.

2020

July 2020 saw our name change to Morrows Logistics, and increased warehousing capabilities with a dedicated Dangerous Goods storage facility at Noble Park.
